Frequently Requested Information:

 

How much is a party?- Events are priced by time and location, however most of our  party options that  range  $350-$895.   Send us your location and party theme you are considering and we will send you an exact price. 

 

How do I book a party?- We do all reservations via an online form on a first requested basis.  Once a client requests to book a date and we verify that it is available, we will send you a booking link and give you 48 hours to make your reservation.  

 

How far in advance should I reserve my event?- Depending on the time of year, you should consider contacting us 6-26 weeks in advance of your event date.  We take reservations up to a year in advance and give first refusal to "repeat" events.  

 

What happens if it rains? - We offer many options in the event of inclement weather.  We offer tent holds ( you place a hold on a tent in the event of rain, we can modify the event to fit in indoor spaces, you can cancel, you can postpone, or you can proceed regardless. 

 

How much of a deposit do you require?   $100 or 20% of your Total Event Cost. 

How many kids can we invite? -  It is up to you!  Our Birthday parties and geared for "class sized" parties : however, we have options for parties up to 75+ kids and more.  Contact us for full details. 

 

Are you insured?  Yes, we carry full general liability insurance for our business.

 

Do you require background checks on your event hosts?  YES.  We require all event hosts to submit and pass a criminal background check with the state of Rhode Island when they are hired.   

 

Do you take credit cards? -  YES.  Clients may pay deposits and balances via credit card online through SQUARE (the payment processing company we use)   We also accept personal checks (in advance of the event) and cash and business checks on the day of the event.

In addition to providing lots of fun event  options, The Carnival Party, LLC can help you right from the start of your event plans, with event planning services / onsite consultations.  Not certain what types of activities you should plan?  Need some advice on how to charge for your event to cover your costs or turn a profit ?   The Carnival Party can help you get started with your plan.  We will come to your location / committee meeting to discuss your event goals, your target audience, and then help you choose what games and activities would be the best fit based on your space, time of year, your goals, budget, guest list, volunteers, etc. This is about an hour conversation / followed up by a written summary of our ideas and suggestions.  The cost of this service ranges $150-$400 with 50% applicable to your deposit should you decide to book any of our services.  This is a great option for first time Planners of School Events or larger sized company events, family reunions and more.   Important to note ~ Due to the demand of our "on season" schedule, we typically only offer this service in the months of November to March.   

Are deposits refundable?  Unfortunately, deposits are not refundable.  However, should you need to cancel at any time up to 24 hours before your event, we will apply the deposit to a RESCHEDULED event.  

Can I just call you instead of emailing you?   While our event managers are happy to schedule phone conversations, we do prefer to send you all the details first- primarily availability and pricing.   Many of the event details are easier to understand when looking at the event flyer with the list of what is included.  It is especially helpful to both of us if you  take time to read through the flyer(s) we send to get a basic understanding of the services we provide.
