Deposits and Balance Due Payments:

 

Deposits are required to make a reservation.  They are paid with the reservation form.  A personalized booking link will be emailed to you once we have confirmed availability of equipment, staffing and vehicles for your event.  This link will be valid for 24-48 hours for you to book and pay your deposit.

Deposits are typically 15-25% of your TOTAL event cost.  They NOT refundable.  However, if you have to unexpectedly cancel your event, we will allow you to apply the deposit to the rescheduling of the event provided it is with in 30 days of the original date.   The RESCHEDULE date will be subject to availability in our schedule.   

Balance Due:  A link to make the payment will be found on your invoice. The balance is due on the day of the event if paying by cash or check, otherwise you should pay the balance 1-4 weeks before your event to ensure your event is all set.
