Event Planning and Consultations:

As a business, our niche is offering "rentals with attendants" and "pre-planned" events for Birthdays, Family Events, School Fun Days and more.   For most of our options, all you need to do is book your event, secure the location, and we take care of the rest on the day of the event.  There is no need for onsite visits before the event, so we are able to keep your costs affordable.   Between our event managers, we averaged over 400 events per year, for all sorts of occasions and celebrations over the past 15 years.  So you can be assured, we have done it all! 

From time to time, we find some clients may need additional help in the early stages of planning.  For these clients we offer Event Planning and Onsite Consultations.   The Carnival Party Staff will come to your location / committee meeting to discuss your event goals, your target audience, and then help you choose what games and activities would be the best fit your event based on your space, time of year, your goals, budget, guest list, volunteers, etc.   Tournament Planning, Team Building Events, Fund Raising with games and activities, and Planning games and activities for weddings, tend to be the most frequent reasons clients book consultations. 

 

Event  Planning Consultations typically last 45 minutes -1.5 hours and are followed up by a written summary of our ideas and suggestions based on our experience.  The cost of this service ranges $150-$400 with 50% applicable to your deposit should you decide to book any of our services.
